1. Shipping Regions

ChicSouk ships to selected countries in the Middle East and beyond listed on the checkout page. Currently, we deliver to the following regions:

  • United Arab Emirates
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Qatar

If your region is not listed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Standard Shipping Rates: Shipping costs depend on your location, the weight of the package, and the chosen delivery method. These fees are calculated and displayed during checkout.

2.2 Free Shipping: Free shipping is available for some orders only and in select regions. This Free Shipping will be indicated at the checkout page too.

3. Delivery Times

3.1 Estimated Delivery:

  • Local Deliveries: For the United Arab Emirates only, from 2-Hours Express Delivery to few days delivery based on the shipping methods selected.
  • Regional Deliveries: For the kingdom of Saudi Aarabi & Qatar only, from 24-Hours Express Delivery to few days delivery based on the shipping methods selected.

3.2 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 to 4 days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment in real-time. 

5. Delivery Policy

5.1 Signature Requirement: A signature and your identity card may be required upon delivery to ensure your package reaches you securely.
5.2 Missed Delivery: If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for pickup.

6. Shipping Restrictions

6.1 Restricted Items: Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to local regulations.
6.2 P.O. Boxes: We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

ChicSouk is committed to ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition. If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Contact us immediately at contact@chicsouk.com
  • Provide your order number and details about the issue.
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Returns Due to Undeliverable Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be notified. You may choose to:

  • Reattempt Delivery: Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Cancel the Order: A refund will be issued, minus the original shipping costs.

9. International Shipping Duties and Taxes

For international orders, duties and taxes may be imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in ChicSouk's pricing.
